40% of 1^st month’s full rent

Monthly Management Fee:

       6% of rent (single family homes/condos)

(with a minimum of $65.00 per month)

 5% of rent (apartment buildings)

*We do not get paid until your tenant is placed. 

*No charge for vacancies during the time we are placing the tenant.
