: Our Superior Service Includes : · Your rent proceeds can be automatically deposited to your bank account. · Tenants can set up automatic rent payments. · We will market your property on a multi-media platform that gets results! · We have aggressive rent collection policies and provide our tenants with options and incentives to make paying rent on time a priority. · We show vacancies on the weekends. · We do comprehensive and extensive investigative tenant screening. · We protect your asset with thorough documentation of the property's condition including digital photos and written contracts with the tenant. Video documentation is available. · We manage all general maintenance and repairs for you and negotiate with vendors for discounted rates. We maintain a 24 hour emergency hotline for tenants. · All repair charges come with original bills documenting work. No work over $250 (except emergencies) performed without owner's written authorization. · We perform property walk-thru evaluations twice a year, including changing air filters (owner expense) and testing batteries on smoke detectors. Quarterly visits are available.
